The-Prescription Team believes that there are no shortcuts to healing and that we can all benefit from assistance when times are tough. In addition, The-Prescription Team believes there is a greater chance of overcoming our struggles when we have balance of the Mind, Body, Spirit, and Heart.  The-Prescription Team is confident that upon completion of the series of videos (Your Prescription) you will have obtained more self-knowledge, insight, and skills to better cope with your identified problem area(s).
